Vincci Corporate Hotels
From Spain to Portugal, Vincci Hoteles has terraces and rooftops where guests can continue to enjoy the outdoors as autumn arrives. Among them, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Málaga offer several examples where the milder temperatures of the new season combine with urban views, gastronomy, cocktails and sunsets. Roof 66, The Mint Roof, La Galana, West Food & Bar, the Recoveco terrace and La Terraza de El Taller de Larios Diez are part of a selection that shows that terrace culture still has plenty to offer once summer comes to an end.

The milder temperatures, earlier sunsets and desire to meet up with friends again after the holidays make the beginning of autumn one of the best times to continue enjoying a terrace.

Vincci Hoteles invites guests to explore some of its rooftops in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Málaga, where views combine with gastronomy, cocktails and very different atmospheres. Terraces with their own distinctive personalities, where the views, design and relationship with the city are an essential part of the experience.

Madrid from above: Roof 66 and The Mint Roof

Right in the heart of Gran Vía, two terraces offer different perspectives on autumn in Madrid.

At number 66, Roof 66, the rooftop of Vincci Vía 66 4*, offers the chance to rediscover one of Madrid's most iconic avenues from above. Its aesthetic, defined by natural materials and neutral tones, creates a relaxed atmosphere that is particularly appealing at dusk, when the silhouettes and sculptures on Gran Vía's rooftops become part of the landscape.

It is a space designed for extending after-work drinks, sharing an informal dinner or simply pausing to admire Madrid with a drink in hand. Its menu combines light bites such as gildas, Russian salad, croquettes, patatas bravas and cheese boards with dishes designed to be savoured at a more leisurely pace.

Cocktails are another of its main attractions, with classics such as Dry Martini, Negroni, Daiquiri and Margarita, alongside signature creations that bring the hotel's cultural universe into the glass, such as “A Midsummer Night's Dream” and “Swan Lake”, as well as alcohol-free alternatives.

Just a few doors down, at Gran Vía 10, The Mint Roof, at Vincci The Mint 4*, offers a more laid-back, cosmopolitan experience. Designed by Jaime Beriestain, the hotel finds a natural extension of its creative personality in its rooftop.

The iconic food truck takes centre stage in an informal space designed for sharing and letting the afternoon unfold without rushing. Its food offering blends international influences with contemporary recipes, including vegetable gyozas, crispy prawns, bao buns, burgers, pizzas and mini arepas.

All this is complemented by a carefully curated selection of drinks, mixed drinks and cocktails, designed for everything from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks. Highlights on the menu include classics such as the Cosmopolitan, Espresso Martini and Paloma, as well as alcohol-free options such as Mojito, Piña Colada and San Francisco.

Barcelona: from the spirit of Mae West to the urban oasis of La Galana

In Barcelona, Vincci Hoteles brings together two terraces with very different personalities.

On the ninth floor of Vincci Mae 4*, at Avenida Diagonal 596, West Food & Bar draws inspiration from the irreverent character of 1930s American actress Mae West to create a relaxed, cosmopolitan space, particularly suited to turning after-work drinks into one of those plans that stretch well into the evening.

Clean lines, greenery and a contemporary atmosphere accompany a menu that brings together informal dining classics and internationally inspired dishes. Options range from Iberian ham, croquettes and Santoña anchovies to gyozas, tuna and avocado tartare, confit artichokes and grilled meats. There is also an extensive selection of burgers.

The cocktail menu adds a more playful touch with creations such as Pink Wings, made with vodka, lemon, strawberry jam, Tabasco, basil and Red Bull; Willy Wonka, with vodka, Kahlúa, chocolate liqueur and espresso; and Mae West Negroni, alongside alcohol-free alternatives such as Bora Bora Passion and Mojito 0.0.

La Galana, meanwhile, is located on the rooftop of Vincci Gala 4*, at Ronda de Sant Pere 32, and offers a small oasis in the heart of Barcelona. Its name reflects the meaning of “galana”, associated with beauty, pleasantness and charm: treated wood, natural greenery and the presence of water create a peaceful space in which to escape the pace of the city.

The hotel is located in the Eixample district and occupies a distinctive 19th-century mansion, whose original façade and marble staircase are protected. This combination of historic architecture and contemporary design extends to its terrace, which features a mini infinity pool reserved exclusively for guests and a public dining area where visitors can enjoy its food and cocktail offering.

The menu incorporates Mediterranean and Italian influences, with dishes such as vitello tonnato, burrata with grilled cherry tomatoes and strawberries, mushroom risotto, rigatoni with Parmesan and pizzettas. To finish, favourites such as tiramisu and Sicilian cannoli carry the Italian influence through to the dessert menu.

The cocktail list ranges from Negroni, Manhattan and Old Fashioned to Spritz, Moscow Mule, Paloma and Espresso Martini, creating an offering designed to accompany an aperitif, a late lunch or the early hours of the evening.

Seville from above at Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL

In the heart of Seville's historic centre, next to Las Setas, at the city's Km 0, Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL invites guests to enjoy autumn from one of the city's most special vantage points. Its rooftop, with 360º views across Seville's skyline, offers the chance to admire some of its most iconic landmarks as temperatures fall and the sunset transforms the rooftops of the city centre.

The gastronomic experience is brought to guests by Recoveco, the hotel's restaurant, whose offering can be enjoyed both in its street-level dining room and on the rooftop terrace. Andalusia, its produce and its flavours are the main inspiration for its cuisine, reinterpreted through a contemporary approach and a constantly evolving menu shaped by local and seasonal ingredients.

Almadraba bluefin tuna takes centre stage alongside rice dishes, meats and other creations rooted in Andalusian cuisine. The offering is complemented by a wine cellar featuring more than 100 selections, wines by the glass and Coravin service. As part of its commitment to bringing guests high-end wines, the restaurant has created the Coravin & Signature Cocktail Menu, an experience designed to enhance the enjoyment of wine and cocktails. This combination of gastronomy, wine and views brings the Recoveco experience outdoors, allowing guests to enjoy Seville around the table.

The rooftop also offers the chance to enjoy its menus, including its exclusive 360º Sensory Menu, a fine-dining experience accompanied by panoramic 360º views of the city, in a particularly appealing setting for extending the afternoon into the evening. The cocktail menu completes the experience with classics such as Aperol Spritz, Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Espresso Martini, alongside creations such as Paloma by Patrón and St-Germain Spritz, as well as several alcohol-free options including Mojito, Piña Colada and San Francisco.

The hotel has also been awarded a Michelin Key, reinforcing the distinctive character of an offering in which accommodation, gastronomy and wellbeing come together naturally.

Málaga with views of “La Manquita” from La Terraza de El Taller de Larios Diez

In Málaga, Vincci Larios Diez 4* invites guests to see the city from one of its most recognisable spots. The terrace of El Taller de Larios Diez, located above Calle Marqués de Larios itself, offers privileged panoramic views of the rooftops of the historic centre and the Cathedral.

The menu itself describes the space as “the sky of Málaga”, with the silhouette of “La Manquita” (the curious nickname locals use for their Cathedral) and golden sunsets forming part of the landscape that accompanies the experience.

Its gastronomic offering is also rooted in local produce and the inspiration Málaga provides in each season, combining familiar recipes with more contemporary creations. Highlights include dishes closely linked to the region, such as sea bass ceviche with mango from Axarquía, lasagne with Málaga goat's cheese béchamel, and dishes accompanied by wines from the province.

The cocktail menu allows guests to extend the experience from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks. Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Negroni, Dry Martini and Porn Star Martini sit alongside locally inspired creations such as Málaga Sour, made with bourbon, Málaga Virgen, triple sec, lime and egg white. Alcohol-free alternatives such as San Francisco, Mojito, Strawberry Mojito, Piña Colada and Red Velvet are also available. The offering is complemented by a programme of live music and DJ sets, providing the soundtrack to the terrace.
