In this context, Vincci Hoteles launches a new terrace season, highlighting the identity of each hotel and its connection with the surrounding environment. From historic landmarks to contemporary rooftops, each property offers a different way to enjoy the good weather: from relaxed meals with views to evenings of live music or afterworks that last into the night.

“El Mirador de Sevilla” at Vincci La Rábida 4* (Calle Castelar 24, Seville)

Located in an 18th-century palace house, Vincci La Rábida 4* is a reflection of Sevillian essence. From its rooftop, El Mirador de Sevilla offers an intimate and welcoming space where carefully crafted culinary specialties can be enjoyed alongside unbeatable views of the cathedral.

The terrace, open every day, offers uninterrupted kitchen service from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm, extending the experience until midnight with its drinks menu. An ideal place both for a relaxed lunch and for enjoying the sunset or an evening in a setting full of history.

Its gastronomic proposal, based on high-quality produce, is built around a varied menu that highlights traditional Sevillian cuisine with a sophisticated twist, through a collection of tempting recipes that invite guests to discover Seville through taste. “West Food & Bar” at Vincci Mae 4* (Avenida Diagonal 596, Barcelona)

Located on the iconic Avenida Diagonal, one of Barcelona’s most dynamic avenues, Vincci Mae 4* is presented as an urban hotel with a strong personality, inspired by the iconic and irreverent actress Mae West. Her irony, sharpness and provocative spirit have inspired both the hotel and its rooftop, located on the ninth floor, West Food & Bar, making it one of the city’s most vibrant meeting points. This rooftop also offers privileged views over Avenida Diagonal and Mount Tibidabo. It is an urban and contemporary gastronomic space that offers a unique fusion of local and international flavours, an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, and a continuous programme of experiences throughout the season.

Its menu brings together proposals ranging from reinterpreted classics to internationally inspired dishes, such as hand-carved Iberian acorn-fed ham, “pulpo a feira” croquettes, marinated tuna tartare, or grilled meats such as sirloin steak or slow-cooked pork knuckle.

In addition, the terrace strengthens its experiential character with an events agenda that energises the season: the “Fresh Sessions”, launching on 29 April and taking place every Thursday from May to July and September to October (6:30 pm to 9:30 pm), combining live music and afterwork atmosphere; the “MAE Jazz Sunsets” series, providing the soundtrack to sunsets one Wednesday per month during May, June and July; and themed proposals such as Asturian Fridays, with a traditional menu including fabada, hake pie and rice pudding, or Mediterranean Fridays in May and June, featuring dishes such as seafood rice, esqueixada or crème brûlée, turning each visit into a different experience.

“El Taller de Larios Diez” at Vincci Larios Diez 4* (Calle Marqués de Larios 10, Málaga)

Located on the iconic Calle Larios, one of Málaga’s most emblematic streets, Vincci Larios Diez 4* offers an immersion into the city’s cultural, gastronomic and social pulse, just steps away from the Cathedral, the Roman Theatre and the Picasso Museum, and only minutes from La Malagueta beach.

On its gastronomic terrace, El Taller de Larios Diez, cuisine is conceived as a constantly evolving creative process, inspired by local produce and seasonality. A space that boasts one of the best panoramic views of Málaga Cathedral, turning every meal or drink into an elevated experience. The venue offers a full-day experience with different dining moments: breakfast (07:30–11:00), late breakfast (11:00–13:30), uninterrupted lunch service from 13:30 to 23:00, and drinks service until 01:00.

Its spring menu includes specialties such as goat cheese salad with mango and roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled octopus with paprika parmentier, and slow-cooked Iberian pork shoulder, alongside sweet options such as banoffee pie.

The experience is completed with DJ sessions every Thursday and special events such as an exclusive gastronomic proposal for the Noche en Blanco (16 May), establishing this venue as one of the city’s most dynamic meeting points.

Here, its rooftop 6 Ponte Sky Bar offers one of the most spectacular panoramas and sunsets in Porto. A rooftop that adapts its opening hours to daylight, inviting guests to enjoy it from midday until sunset in a truly unique setting.

Its gastronomic offering is perfect for sharing outdoors and includes everything from a mixed board of cheeses and Iberian cured meats, acorn-fed Iberian ham with rosemary focaccia or nachos with guacamole, to fresher options such as sea bass ceviche with mango textures, feta cheese salad with grilled peach and fresh spinach, or a pastrami, truffle and smoked cheese bikini sandwich. It also features an extensive cocktail selection, with creative and refreshing combinations such as the Daiquiri Ponte de Ferro or the Sunset Sky, alongside reinvented classics and non-alcoholic options.

The terrace enhances its appeal with a continuous events programme starting at the end of May (28 May), featuring gastronomic experiences such as “BBQ over the Bridge”, an open-air dining concept where charcoal grilling, skyline views and a relaxed atmosphere combine to create the perfect summer evening experience. In June, the “Sunset Bridge Sessions” begin on the first Friday of each month (from 5 June), sunset gatherings with live DJs and privileged views, designed to toast the start of the weekend in a vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere. On the third Friday of each month (from 18 June), the Sky Cocktail Sessions take place, where music and mixology share the spotlight in a sensory experience bringing together the best of cocktails and social summer ambiance.

In addition, during the São João celebrations in June (23 June), the most emblematic night of the year in Porto, the hotel becomes one of the privileged spots to experience the festivities from above, with unique views of the fireworks.
