We believe that the meetings industry should also be a driver of positive change. That is why we are firmly committed to Sustainable & Responsible Meetings, a growth model that respects the environment and minimizes environmental impact.

At Vincci Hotels, sustainability is put into practice every day. Every event we organize incorporates specific measures to reduce our environmental footprint: from the gradual elimination of single-use plastics across all service areas to the energy optimization of our meeting rooms through LED lighting systems and smart climate control. We work with local suppliers to minimize transportation-related carbon emissions, prioritize seasonal products, and offer vegetarian and vegan menu options. Our coffee breaks feature compostable packaging and water dispensers that eliminate the need for plastic bottles. In addition, we offer clients the possibility of offsetting the CO₂ emissions generated by their events and provide digital documentation to reduce paper consumption.

As part of this commitment, we have developed a Carbon Footprint Calculator that allows guests and clients to measure the environmental impact of their stay or event and offset it afterwards.
