The five-star grand luxury hotel of Vincci Hoteles in Seville has retained the MICHELIN Guide distinction for the third consecutive year. This recognition is awarded to establishments capable of offering a distinctive hotel experience through their character, design, quality of service and connection with the destination. This accolade highlights the warm hospitality of Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL, which also offers signature cuisine and an urban luxury experience in the heart of Seville’s historic centre.

The five-star grand luxury establishment Vincci Selección Unuk 5*GL, located in the centre of Seville, has retained its distinction with a MICHELIN Key for the third consecutive year, the accolade with which the prestigious MICHELIN Guide recognises the most outstanding accommodation for offering an especially carefully curated experience. Taking into account aspects such as the establishment’s personality, architecture and design, the quality and consistency of its service, and the way it relates to its surroundings, MICHELIN Keys are equivalent to Michelin Stars for restaurants, but in the hotel sector.

The 2026 edition, the third edition of these hotel distinctions, once again expands the reach of the MICHELIN Guide’s international selection, including hotels from ten new countries for the first time. In Spain, only 122 establishments hold a MICHELIN Key; in Andalusia, the number falls to 17 hotels, while five have been selected in Seville.

A global overview of the hotel industry that also reflects the evolution of travellers’ preferences, with an increasing openness to combining leisure and work, seeking distinctive experiences in natural surroundings and valuing offerings that provide a high degree of privacy and personalisation.

Located at street level, with direct access from outside, it offers different settings that invite guests to enjoy an elegant, sophisticated and deeply local gastronomic experience.

Local and seasonal produce shapes a constantly evolving menu, combining the tradition of classic flavours with contemporary techniques. Its specialities include Los Palacios tomatoes with a loin of Barbate bonito, roasted Conil meagre and prawn salad, alongside rice dishes, meats and other creations that engage with Andalusian tradition. Almadraba bluefin tuna also takes centre stage in dishes such as tuna tartare with yuzu vinaigrette and toro belly sashimi.

The Recoveco experience can be enjoyed both in its street-level dining room and on the outdoor rooftop terrace, where guests can also sample its menu and select set menus, one of which is dedicated to tuna, as well as its exclusive 360º Sensory Menu, a fine-dining offering accompanied by 360º views across the city, in a particularly appealing setting for extending the afternoon into the evening.
