A summer once again, the hotel chain invites guests to discover some of its most special courtyards in Seville, Málaga, Madrid and Granada. Filled with light, greenery and local character, these spaces offer a different way to experience summer without leaving the heart of the city. The experience is complemented by carefully crafted menus designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, celebrating seasonal flavours, local produce and recipes with a distinctive personality.

With the arrival of summer and longer days, there is nothing quite like having places where you can take a break, escape the heat and enjoy time in good company. In this context, Vincci Hoteles presents some of its most distinctive courtyards, spaces that form part of the identity of its hotels and perfectly reflect its way of understanding hospitality and interpreting each destination. Some of these courtyards revive the tradition of Sevillian manor houses; others are inspired by Arab and Andalusian heritage, while some serve as hidden gardens in the heart of the city. All of them share the same purpose: to offer guests and visitors a peaceful, stylish and flavourful setting where summer can be enjoyed from within the hotel itself.

ANDALUSIA

Vincci Molviedro 4* (Plaza Molviedro 4, Seville)

Located in Plaza de Molviedro, in the heart of Seville, Vincci Molviedro 4* invites guests to discover one of the hotel's most special spaces: its traditional Sevillian courtyard. Filled with natural light, lush greenery and references to Andalusian architecture, this charming corner serves as a peaceful urban retreat where the pace of the city slows down and summer is enjoyed in a more relaxed way.

The courtyard is an essential part of the hotel's identity, blending the area's historical heritage with a contemporary vision of hospitality. From the lobby, guests can also admire a preserved section of the city's Arab wall, demonstrating how the hotel embraces Seville's history and incorporates it into the guest experience.

The culinary experience is led by La Despensa de Molviedro, a restaurant inspired by the history of the square, where locals once came to stock their pantries. Today, it revives that tradition with market cuisine rooted in local flavours and presented through a contemporary lens. The menu reinterprets classic Sevillian cuisine with respect and creativity, offering dishes designed for sharing and leisurely enjoyment.

Among its highlights are 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham with D.O. Guijuelo designation, served with crystal bread, tomato and extra virgin olive oil; Iberian pork loin and Grana Padano croquettes; artichoke flower with roasted almond cream and goat's cheese; and potato salad with garlic prawns, quail egg and crispy shrimp. The chef's recommendations include salmorejo cream with burrata, basil croutons and Iberian ham; creamy llauna rice with Iberian pork and gaucha spices; and bluefin tuna tataki with nori and dashi emulsion.

The menu is completed with fish and meat dishes such as grilled hake with black garlic mousseline and spring garlic pil-pil sauce, salmon en papillote with fresh vegetables, slow-cooked pork cheeks with creamy carrot, turmeric and rosemary purée, and grilled T-bone steak with roasted potatoes and Padrón peppers. A gastronomic journey that makes the courtyard the perfect setting for enjoying Seville at a relaxed pace.
