Vincci Corporate HotelsThe six Vincci Hotels properties in the capital are part of the Official Accommodation Programme for the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix as MADRING Member Hotels and are getting ready to experience one of the year's major sporting events with a special offering that begins at check-in.
Themed décor, a “drivers' breakfast”, a practical guide to making the most of this historic Grand Prix and a proposed urban route covering the main tourist attractions in central Madrid over 5.4 kilometres, exactly the same length as the MADRING circuit. All of this will bring the spirit of the competition to the heart of the city.

Madrid is preparing to once again become the stage for the great spectacle of Formula 1 with the return of the Spanish Grand Prix to the capital 45 years later, a historic event that promises to transform the city into the epicentre of motorsport for an entire weekend. Vincci Hotels is joining this major event by making its six properties, all located in central Madrid, the perfect starting point from which to enjoy the city and experience the excitement of the Grand Prix from some of its most iconic locations.
Vincci Capitol 4*, Vincci Centrum 4*, Vincci Soho 4*, Vincci Soma 4*, Vincci The Mint 4* and Vincci Vía 66 4* are part of the Official Accommodation Programme for the Grand Prix as MADRING Member Hotels, a designation identifying the properties that form part of the accommodation ecosystem linked to the event. The six hotels, located between Gran Vía, the Literary Quarter and the Salamanca district, are close to some of the capital's main cultural, gastronomic, shopping and leisure areas and are well connected by public transport. MADRING, located in the IFEMA Madrid area, is accessible by Metro and Cercanías and is around 30 minutes from the city centre, making it possible to combine the excitement of the circuit with plans around the city before and after each day's events.
For the competition, Vincci Hotels has planned a series of initiatives that bring the language and atmosphere of Formula 1 to different moments of the stay, from arrival at the hotel to breakfast and the way guests discover Madrid during these days.

The experience for staying guests will begin as soon as they walk through the door. Under the concept “Madrid, in pole position”, the receptions of the six hotels will symbolically become a distinctive starting grid to welcome those arriving in the capital during race weekend.
Through small touches in the signage, welcome screens, décor featuring distinctive Formula 1 elements and the check-in experience itself, the properties will incorporate messages related to the competition, including “Welcome to Madrid. You’ve arrived on race weekend”, accompanied by the official identification as a MADRING Member Hotel.
The initiative aims to bring the Grand Prix to life from the very first moment of the stay and make arriving in Madrid the beginning of the sporting experience too.

During race weekend, the breakfasts at these hotels will feature special décor inspired by the world of the drivers and the preparations before a race day. Some of the usual elements of the service will therefore adopt special names during these days: coffee will become “Fuel”, fruit will become “Energy”, eggs will become “Protein” and juices will become “Hydration”.
A simple and fun touch that brings the Grand Prix theme into the guest's everyday experience before heading to the circuit or setting out to discover Madrid.

For those with tickets to attend the Grand Prix, Vincci Hotels will also create a “Race Weekend Guide”, a digital guide designed to bring together the most useful information during these days in a practical way.
The document will include directions for getting to MADRING, public transport options, timetables and other useful information related to the event and the fan zones aimed at those not attending the circuit, making it easier for guests to organise their day and get around the capital.
The initiative reflects an idea that is very much at the heart of the Vincci experience: that the hotel should not only be the place where the day begins and ends, but also a starting point from which to better understand the destination and move around it with greater ease.

And for those who want to make the most of their trip to discover the city, the chain will symbolically bring the MADRING circuit layout to central Madrid.
Vincci Hotels will symbolically bring one of MADRING's dimensions to the centre of Madrid: its 5.4-kilometre route. This will make it possible to explore some of the capital's most recognisable landmarks. The itinerary will connect places such as Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao and Plaza de España, among other points of interest, turning a walk through Madrid into another nod to the competition and offering a different way to explore the city during Grand Prix weekend.
The route also naturally connects with the locations of several of the chain's properties. Vincci Capitol 4*
occupies the iconic Carrión building at Gran Vía 41, one of the most recognisable examples of Madrid's Art Deco architecture; Vincci The Mint 4* is located at Gran Vía 10, in a hotel designed by Jaime Beriestain; and Vincci Vía 66 4* occupies number 66 on the avenue, between Plaza de España and the Puerta del Sol area.

They are joined by Vincci Centrum 4*, on Calle Cedaceros; Vincci Soho 4*, on Calle del Prado; and Vincci SoMa 4*, on Calle Goya, completing a presence that allows guests to experience Madrid from very different neighbourhoods and settings during race weekend.
In this way, Vincci Hotels turns the arrival of the Grand Prix into an opportunity to extend the experience beyond the circuit and invites fans, travellers and visitors to enjoy one of the city's major sporting events without losing sight of everything happening off the track: Madrid and everything it has to offer during a weekend when the capital will be, more than ever, in pole position.
