April 25, 2025
Vincci Getaways and destinationsVincci Hoteles joins one of the most anticipated events of the year in Seville with a full cultural, gastronomic and artistic programme. Its three hotels in the Andalusian capital — Vincci Molviedro 4*, Vincci La Rábida 4*, and Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL — will host a variety of activities tailored to the most discerning guests: bullfighting gatherings, live performances, exhibitions, workshops, a charity flamenco dress market, and of course, the popular Feria booth.
Feria de Abril is approaching, bringing with it the most festive and traditional atmosphere to Seville. Vincci Hoteles celebrates it in style at its three four- and five-star properties in the city, Vincci Molviedro, Vincci La Rábida, and Vincci Unuk, with a schedule filled with sensory experiences: from bullfighting talks and flamenco fashion shows to art exhibitions and a carefully curated gastronomic proposal that captures the true flavour of the fair.
All of this accompanied by live performances to fully experience the essence of this must-attend event in the Andalusian calendar.

Vincci Molviedro 4* (Plaza de Molviedro, 4) welcomes Seville's fair with a range of unmissable events. Culinary art will take centre stage at La Despensa de Molviedro, its exclusive gastronomic space located in the heart of the hotel, a Sevillian patio with a contemporary flair. During the fair week, guests can enjoy a special menu created for the occasion, featuring iconic dishes such as “pescaito frito”, “solomillo ibérico al whisky”, “ensaladilla de gambones al ajillo with quail egg”, or “pringá croquettes”, along with Iberian classics and desserts like “brioche with dulce de leche and rocher ice cream”.
Evenings will be livened up with live music performances, creating a vibrant atmosphere for locals and visitors alike wanting to experience the fair without leaving the historic centre.
From 29 April to 1 May, the hotel will host a charity flamenco fashion market in collaboration with the Proyecto Hombre association. This solidarity event will offer flamenco dresses for women and girls, shawls, and accessories, with all proceeds going entirely to the social entity. The market will be open in the hotel lobby from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
During the fair's main week, from 5 to 11 May, Vincci Molviedro's patio by the wall will transform into an open-air gallery of art and fashion. Plastic artist Andrés Mejía will lead a unique exhibition combining live painting, haute couture flamenco fashion, and live music.
Born in Honduras and based in Spain, this artist boasts an extensive international career and numerous awards. His work is known for its intense expressiveness, vibrant colour palette, and intimate connection with figure and emotion. Throughout the exhibition, Mejía will paint several pieces live inspired by the folklore and aesthetics of the Seville fair, some in watercolour, others in mixed media, sharing his creative process directly with the public.

On 5 May, the opening day, the experience will be rounded off with a flamenco fashion show by Andalusian designers. The evening will also feature live music by a professional violinist, adding an elegant and emotive touch to this major artistic and cultural event.

Vincci la Rábida 4* reaffirms its status as Seville's most bullfighting-oriented hotel. Its elegant Andalusian courtyard will once again host its famous Feria booth, decorated with lanterns, barrels and all the elements needed to immerse oneself in the festivities without leaving the historic centre. Rebujito, manzanilla, traditional dishes and live music accompany this proposal for those wanting to soak up the most authentic atmosphere.
From 1 to 11 May, the Los Patios restaurant will host the daily “La Rábida” bullfighting talks, moderated by critic Álvaro Acevedo and featuring some of the most prominent names from the fair’s bullfighting line-up.
The artistic offer is complemented by several exhibitions dedicated to Andalusian and bullfighting art, featuring works by artists like José González, Ismael Lagares, and Andrés Nicolau, as well as the permanent collection by sculptor Balcris, whose bullfighting-themed pieces have become symbolic of this iconic hotel. On 30 April, Balcris will also unveil his new collection, sure to delight both art and bullfighting enthusiasts.
To savour the experience, the rooftop "El Mirador de Sevilla", with unbeatable views of the cathedral, features an innovative menu crafted from traditional products. Highlights include mango and fig salmorejo, smoked prawn tartare with parmesan shavings, cured tuna with olive oil caviar, sliced almonds and regañá, salt-baked fish with wrinkled potatoes and sautéed vegetables. For dessert, options such as traditional rice pudding or the Mirador-style Arabic cake await.

Vincci Selección Unuk GL 5*, located near the Alfalfa area, offers an elegant, contemporary, and deeply sensory vision of the fair. Its programme blends Andalusian tradition with avant-garde artistic expressions, all set within a meticulously designed and tech-enhanced space.

On 29 April, the hotel will launch an exhibition of hand-painted fans by Seville artist Inés Loring Moxó. This collection turns the Andalusian folkloric icon into contemporary art, paying homage to colour, movement, and flamenco spirit. Each fan is a one-of-a-kind piece, displayed throughout the hotel's common areas, blending aesthetics with emotion.
On 5, 8, and 10 May at 9:00 p.m., the hotel will host live concerts by guitarist Óscar Guzmán, an internationally acclaimed artist currently touring flamenco festivals in Belarus and Moscow. His performances promise unforgettable moments full of virtuosity, emotion, and deep southern roots.
The culinary offering shines with an exclusive Feria Menu, a journey through traditional flavours reinterpreted with finesse. Celebrating local tastes with a creative and refined touch, it includes acorn-fed Iberian ham, white prawns from Huelva, marinated dogfish, puchero broth with mint, and traditional sweets, accompanied by manzanilla, rebujito and regional wines.

A new addition is a handcrafted dessert that revives Seville’s sweet legacy: the Yema de San Rubén, a delicate bite made from egg yolk and sugar following a traditional 16th-century recipe.
This entire experience takes place at Recoveco, the hotel’s restaurant, which joins the festive spirit with decor inspired by the Feria. From its spectacular rooftop — the only one in the city with 360-degree views of Seville's main landmarks — to its elegant indoor dining room housing one of the city's most comprehensive wine cellars, with over 100 references and more than 30 wines by the glass.
Three distinct yet equally enticing experiences that showcase the city's many facets, from its most traditional side to its most avant-garde soul. All backed by the quality, style, and hospitality that define the Vincci brand.
