Vincci GastronomyThe venue presents a renewed, sophisticated, and immersive interior design, accompanied by a new menu that pays tribute to the region through local products and traditional recipes reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective.
Despite its carefully crafted aesthetic and creative culinary proposal, Entremuros, Raíces de Málaga, maintains a friendly and accessible philosophy for all audiences, offering authentic cuisine that makes diners feel at home.
Entremuros, Raíces de Málaga begins a new chapter. Following a thoughtful aesthetic and conceptual transformation, the restaurant of the Vincci Selección Posada del Patio hotel presents itself as a warm and enveloping space that invites guests to reconnect with familiar flavors from a contemporary perspective.
Located in the heart of Málaga, above the visible remains of its ancient wall, the restaurant redefines its essence with a culinary proposal rooted in the region and a design that translates the identity of Málaga into noble materials, organic textures, and a color palette inspired by the land and sea.
The restaurant’s renovation was conceived to create a sensory experience from the very first step. The diner’s journey begins with a large scenographic arch that welcomes guests and immerses them in a warm atmosphere where reflections, lighting effects, and handcrafted details evoke the Mediterranean soul.

The glass floor, revealing the original remains of the city’s ancient wall, remains the restaurant’s hallmark and a symbol of its connection to the past.
The soul of Entremuros, Raíces de Málaga, is slowly cooked in a menu that pays tribute to the province through local and seasonal products and those time-honored recipes that awaken memory and appetite. Chef David Piedra has delved into Málaga’s culinary tradition to rescue its most authentic flavors and give them a modern twist, with no frills or complications, staying true to their origins and ingredients.

Among the dishes featured in the new offering are delicious nods like gazpachuelo with Victorian anchovy, mango ajoblanco from Axarquía, sweetbreads of kid goat with Jerez, or oxtail cannelloni Ronda-style. There is also room for originality with options such as the tomato entrecôte from Valle del Guadalhorce or the “Llauna” rice with red mullet and mint aioli. Bites designed for sharing, encouraging conversation around the table and reviving the most genuine spirit of Andalusian cuisine.
To finish, desserts steeped in tradition include the Loca Malagueña – Ronda cheese cream, orange marmalade from Guadalhorce, and Algarrobo cream from the Axarquía region – or the Pío X – almond sponge cake with mango pastry cream, angel hair, and mandarin sorbet – authentic tributes to local pastry-making.

This commitment to local ingredients and collaboration with small producers has earned the restaurant the Sabor a Málaga seal, which certifies its commitment to local produce and the sustainable development of regional producers.

As a nod to its name and origin, the restaurant continues to offer its Entremuros Experience, a private and unique opportunity to enjoy a special menu among the ancient walls of the old city. A distinctive proposal for those wishing to experience Málaga’s history through its most authentic flavors.
Vincci Selección Posada del Patio 5* (Pasillo de Santa Isabel 7) is a property steeped in history that has borne witness over the years to the presence of various cultures. This accommodation, honored as the first five-star hotel in the city, brings back the city’s multicultural essence through the work of designer and interior architect Alejandra Pombo, while also celebrating the importance of patios in Arab and medieval culture to create a small oasis in its own inner courtyard that provides natural light, greenery, and freshness, becoming the connecting thread between the hotel's other spaces. Vegetation and natural materials such as wood, raffia, and iron are present throughout the property, including its 106 rooms.
