Vincci Hoteles celebrates once again the magic of the Christmas lights switch-on with Vincci Christmas City Lights, its proposal to enjoy the festive illumination from some of its most emblematic hotels.
From 22 November to 6 January in Madrid, and from 28 November to 5 January in Málaga, guests and visitors will be able to enjoy special menus and unique views with the unmistakable charm of the season.

Once again, Vincci Hoteles celebrates this anticipated moment with Vincci Christmas City Lights, its already traditional proposal to enjoy the Christmas lights switch-on from some of its most emblematic hotels.

From the heart of Madrid, overlooking the bright Gran Vía, to the vibrant elegance of Málaga and its famous Calle Larios, Vincci Vía 66 4* (Madrid) and Vincci Larios Diez 4* (Málaga) become exceptional settings to experience this unique moment.

Vincci Christmas City Lights at Vincci Vía 66 4* (Madrid)

At number 66 Gran Vía, Vincci Vía 66 4* celebrates the Christmas lights switch-on with a proposal designed to make the most of this urban spectacle. Its restaurant Le Burlesque presents a special Christmas City Lights menu that begins with a coconut ajoblanco served with smoked sardine. Diners will then enjoy pumpkin and goat’s cheese cannelloni with saffron béchamel, a warm and comforting dish perfectly in tune with the season. The menu continues with beef cheek served over a creamy corn purée.



To finish, a cookie with cheese cream, caramel and lemon is offered, a dessert that combines textures and citrus and sweet notes to bring this gastronomic celebration to a close.

With direct views of one of Madrid’s most iconic avenues, the hotel becomes an ideal spot to admire the Christmas lights and soak up the city’s festive atmosphere. The menu will be available from 22 November to 6 January, coinciding with the entire lights season in the capital.

Vincci Christmas City Lights at Vincci Larios Diez 4* (Málaga)

Located at number 10 of the iconic Calle Larios, Vincci Larios Diez 4* once again becomes one of the most privileged places in the city to experience the Christmas lights switch-on. From its restaurant El Taller de Larios Diez, located on the sixth floor, guests can enjoy spectacular views of both the main avenue and the cathedral—a perfect combination to be swept away by the magic of the season.

For this edition, the hotel presents a special Christmas City Lights menu that begins with smoked sardine served with magical mazamorra and festive pomegranate, followed by an oriental solstice lasagna with creamy goat’s béchamel from Málaga. For the main course, diners can choose between estuary sea bass with venere rice, confit portobello and a Christmas touch of aromatic spices, or dry-aged beef sirloin with garlic-rosemary potatoes and walnut-and-coriander butter sauce.



The experience concludes with a carrot cake with walnuts, cream cheese and seasonal red berry sorbet, served with water, beers, soft drinks, Cune Blanco white wine (D.O. Rueda) and Beronia red wine (D.O. Rioja), Anna de Codorníu cava, coffee and herbal teas.
