Vincci Mae 4* revives the glamour of the 1930s with its Mae West “Unbirthday” party

Next Wednesday, October 1, the rooftop of Vincci Mae 4* will once again become the city’s most provocative and sophisticated stage to celebrate a new edition of Mae West’s “Unbirthday.” It will be an evening with live jazz music, alongside a curated gastronomic and cocktail proposal, set on the Barcelona rooftop with the city skyline as the backdrop.

Barcelona once again surrenders to the boldness and sophistication of one of the most anticipated events of the season. The rooftop ofVincci Mae 4*, located on Diagonal with spectacular views of Tibidabo and the Collserola mountain range, will once again host Mae West’s “Unbirthday”, a party full of tributes to the New York actress, muse and inspiration of this boutique four-star hotel.



The evening will take place on October 1 starting at 7:00 p.m. and promises a sparkling, daring atmosphere, true to the diva’s irreverent spirit, while also delivering a magical sunset. Both guests and the general public are invited to enjoy entertainment, live performances, red carpet, gifts, and multiple surprises.

The atmosphere will be infused with the New York spirit of the 1930s thanks to live music by Pete’s Band, filling the air with swing, dixieland, and New York rhythms that invite everyone to move and enjoy.

The gastronomic menu available throughout the evening will include bites paying homage to American cuisine, with dishes such as the Philly Cheese Steak, the Smash Burger, the spicy beef Sloppy Joe with chipotle, or the NY BBQ ribs. There will also be beer-battered onion rings, the Mae West Caesar Salad, and classic desserts reimagined such as apple pie with custard, a cheesecake verrine with candied fruits and biscuit, brownie with warm gianduja chocolate, or carrot cake with vanilla buttercream.



The experience is rounded off with a refined cocktail menu. Vibrant, colorful creations featuring The London Nº1 as the base spirit — from the floral London Pride made with elderflower liqueur to the refreshing Beers Knees Nº1 with lager — together with the rooftop’s signature cocktail, the Mae West Negroni, designed to toast the new season in true diva style.

Although the star’s birthday is actually August 17, the hotel moves the celebration to October to welcome the new season with the cheekiness and playfulness the actress herself would have chosen.
