Vincci Corporate HotelsFirmly committed to its environment, both environmentally and socially, the hotel chain has launched a Volunteering Plan whose main objective is to help generate a positive and lasting impact in the places where it operates. The initiative is aimed at its staff and is carried out through collaboration with local foundations and associations, promoting values such as empathy, teamwork and community engagement.
Corporate volunteering is no longer a one-off action but has become a transformative tool within organisations. In this regard, Vincci Hoteles reinforces its Corporate Social Responsibility policy every year with a clear proposal: to generate a positive impact from the local level. Coinciding with International Volunteer Day (5 December), the hotel chain presents its Social Action and Volunteering Programme, an initiative with which it aims to do its bit to make the world a better place — and one that any employee who wishes can be a part of.
Vincci Hoteles’ Volunteering Plan is structured around an annual calendar of activities in collaboration with different associations and foundations, encouraging participation from both head office and hotel staff. Beyond these activities, those who wish may also continue collaborating individually with the participating organisations.

In the words of the Director of Quality and Sustainability, César Pérez, “we believe that a responsible company is not measured solely by what it offers its clients, but also by what it contributes to society. Our Volunteering Plan is a tangible way of channelling that vocation for positive impact.”
The objective of the Volunteering Plan is to contribute to multiple social, environmental and economic causes, while promoting values such as empathy, collaboration and active commitment among the staff. In addition to raising awareness about situations that require support, it allows employees to develop personal skills in solidarity-based contexts with a strong human component.
Vincci Hoteles’ Volunteering Plan aims to be a bridge between business activity and collective well-being, opening real avenues of collaboration with the social environment. Anyone on the team can participate, and the proposals are designed to suit different profiles, interests and locations.

Among the most recent initiatives was an intergenerational gathering held at Vincci Vía 66 4* (Madrid) in collaboration with Fundación Amigos de los Mayores, where volunteers shared an autumn snack with older adults and learned to knit scarves alongside them, in an emotional experience.
Another activity involved a workshop with Fundación Prodis, where hotel employees and young people with intellectual disabilities worked side by side making artisanal notebooks, fostering teamwork, mutual learning and the creation of meaningful bonds among all participants.

Throughout the year, various solidarity initiatives have also been promoted together with organisations such as the Ronald McDonald Foundation, Altius Foundation, ABRACADABRA Foundation, ASPAU Association, COMTAL Foundation and Adopta un Abuelo Foundation, among others, in a continuous exercise of collaboration with social-impact projects at local level — an effort expected to grow even further in 2026.
Beyond its social dimension, the Volunteering Plan promotes the personal and professional development of the Vincci Hoteles team, offering employees the chance to strengthen skills such as leadership, active listening and cooperation, while contributing to a greater cause.

Since its inception, Vincci Hoteles has integrated sustainability as a core part of its identity. Alongside the Volunteering Plan, it maintains an agreement with Aldeas Infantiles SOS and has multiple channels of ongoing charitable collaboration.
This 5 December, International Volunteer Day, Vincci Hoteles reaffirms its commitment to people and celebrates the involvement of its team in a shared project that looks to the future with awareness, responsibility and heart.
"Come. Be surprised. Discover more than 40 four- and five-star hotels where every experience is unique. Open your eyes. Look out. Enjoy the most privileged locations. Look. Touch. Feel a design and style that can be appreciated in every detail. Rest. Relax. Let yourself be cared for with a service where you are the centre. Dream. Smile. Live. You are at a Vincci" .
