Vincci Hotels presents its Christmas 2025 with workshops, special menus and winter getaways

Vincci Hoteles presents its Christmas programme with a carefully curated proposal of gastronomy, themed workshops and getaways to celebrate the holidays in a different way, under the concept “Your Christmas as if it were ours”.

In addition, many of its establishments will feature special Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s menus to enjoy with family, as a couple or with friends, in an experience that combines design, flavour and hospitality.

With proposals that combine workshops to create flower crowns or decorate candles and Christmas ornaments, special menus and winter getaways, the hotel chain presents a programme designed to experience these dates in a different way.

Creative workshops: floral crowns and Christmas decoration

This festive season, creativity blossoms in the establishments of Vincci Hoteles with a programme of Christmas workshops designed to enjoy the pleasure of creating. Under the concept FLOWERS&BLOOM – Christmas Edition, the popular floral crown workshops return, joined by new proposals focused on decoration and artisan design. Led by florists and floral art professionals, each workshop invites participants to explore creativity through unique objects to take home.

In Madrid, Vincci Vía 66 4* hosts two floral crown workshops led by the botanical team from Planthae. The first Christmas crown workshop will be held on 21 November at 18:30h in Le Burlesque House Bar (52€ per person). On 6 December at 11:00h, in addition to the floral crown workshop, guests can enjoy a brunch, making it the perfect Christmas plan. In Barcelona, the hotel Vincci Mae 4* offers the Christmas Floral Arrangements Workshop led by the master florists of Greenflor on 4 December, from 18:00 to 20:00h. A creative experience accompanied by an aperitif and cocktail by Codorníu. Reservations can be made at reservas.mae@vinccihoteles.com

In Sevilla, Vincci La Rábida 4* organises a very special event on 30 November in its emblematic Sevillian courtyard: Christmas afternoon snack with chocolate and churros, and a crown workshop with the experts from Dolce Vita. From 17:30h to 19:30h, with Christmas music, included materials and a cosy atmosphere. In Valencia, Vincci Palace 4* unveils a full calendar of creative activities:

• Flowers&Cocktails: the floral crown workshop will take place on 27 November and 4 December, from 18:30 to 20:30h, led by Flores Aparte (45€ per person).





• Porcelain Christmas ornament decoration: held on 11 December with the artists from Sweet Sisters, from 18:30 to 20:30h. Includes materials and a cocktail tasting (45€ per person).





• Christmas candle decoration: an activity led by Susana Alamán, taking place on 17 December from 18:30 to 20:30h. Includes a cocktail (45€ per person).
