Madrid dresses up for the holidays: a Christmas with a Castizo soul



Vincci The Mint 4*:
A vibrant and creative hotel with three menu options for these holidays: three menus starting from €60.00 featuring dishes such as foie micuit with corn textures, low-temperature cod, or sous-vide lamb with miso and palo cortado sauce. There is also a cocktail-style menu (€75.00) with cold starters like foie bonbons or passion fruit mazamorra, and hot dishes such as mini oxtail arepas, lamb-filled falafel, or seafood cream with prawn skewer.

Vincci Soho 4*:
Offers two menus at €63.00 and €67.00, with starters such as duck gyozas or burrata with cured beef and foie, and main dishes like sea bass in cava green sauce or beef tenderloin with sautéed potatoes. A cocktail-style menu (€67.00) is also available, with the option to add an open bar and DJ service.

Vincci Vía 66 4*:
Located on Gran Vía, this hotel offers a festive cocktail menu from €50.00, with dishes such as Russian salad panipuri, scallops with truffled cauliflower purée, lamb skewer with honey and rosemary, or nougat mousse with almond crumble. It also features food and beverage stations, including a sushi bar, Iberian selection, and craft beer station.

Vincci Soma 4*:
The hotel offers four set menus served at the table, with shared starters and a main course to choose from (€52.00–€77.00), as well as a cocktail-style menu (€69.00). Highlights include burratina with cashew pesto and Italian charcuterie, shrimp, octopus, and corvina ceviche, duck confit taco with orange pico de gallo, or Iberian pork cheeks with sweet potato purée. An open bar and DJ service are also available on request.



Barcelona, a memorable setting to celebrate the holidays



Vincci Mae 4*:
This urban, food-focused hotel offers four Christmas options: a spectacular cocktail (€68.00), a four-course deluxe menu (€62.00), a “bold” five-course menu (€65.00), and a sharing-style menu (€54.00). Among its dishes: senyoret rice with prawn and octopus, black rice with cod, slow-cooked lamb shank, or marinated bluefin tuna. A customizable selection of starters and desserts is also available.

Vincci Gala 4*:
The Babou restaurant’s festive proposal includes two menus priced at €68.00 (one of them in cocktail format). Main dishes include creamy ceps risotto, turbot fillet in a seafood suquet, and slow-cooked beef tenderloin. Cheese, pizza, and oyster stations can also be added.

Vincci Marítimo 4*:
This hotel offers two menu options (€68.00 and €75.00) plus a cocktail version (from €64.00), all featuring D.O. Catalunya wines. Highlights include monkfish and seafood suquet, turbot in cava sauce with clams, beef tenderloin with port reduction and truffled parmentier, or duck gyozas with hoisin sauce. A vegetarian option is also available.

Vincci Bit 4*:
With a modern urban design, it offers two menus (€63.00 and €65.00), a vegetarian option (€59.00), and a cocktail menu with assorted hot and cold bites starting from €59.00. Dishes include crispy vegetable cannelloni with sweet chili sauce and turbot in cava sauce with clams.



Andalusian Christmas: gastronomy with soul



SEVILLE



Vincci Molviedro 4*:
Located in the historic center, this hotel serves its festive menus in a warm setting with Andalusian touches. It offers three table-served menus and two cocktail options, starting from €55.00. Featured dishes include Almadraba bluefin tuna tataki with furikake crust and grilled ox tenderloin with fried venere rice.

Vincci La Rábida 4*:
Set in a former Sevillian manor house, this hotel offers four menus from €50.00, with dishes such as shrimp salad, chicken and nut pastela, Iberian pork, or salmon micuit with lime and coconut mazamorra. Special menus for allergies, intolerances, or vegan/vegetarian preferences are available with 7 days’ notice.

Vincci Unuk 5*:
Its Recoveco restaurant blends tradition and innovation in menus priced between €59.00 and €89.00. The premium menu features mains like Almadraba red tuna (tarantelo cut) with tomato concassé and olive oil or chateaubriand with fries and Padrón peppers.

GRANADA



Vincci Albayzín 4*:
In the heart of Granada, this hotel offers various menus, including a vegan option, from €45.00. Dishes include oxtail terrine or cod loin confit in a prawn suquet, paired with Rioja and Rueda wines and a festive atmosphere.

MÁLAGA



Vincci Larios Diez 4*:
Located on one of Málaga’s most iconic streets, its menus, starting from €59.00 (each named after a Wise Man), feature local flavors like tuna tartare salad with kimchi mayo or winter salmon with toasted almond mazamorra. Homemade Iberian ham and prawn croquettes are a must on every menu.

Vincci Selección Posada del Patio 5*:
