This autumn Vincci Hoteles invites you to enjoy a different experience that goes beyond traditional Thanksgiving. Following the new trend in the United States that moves past the conventional aspects of this holiday and has become a true celebration of friendship, the hotel chain presents Friendsgiving by Vincci Hoteles, a proposal that celebrates the value of friendship and also good food, with the aim of creating unique and special moments around the table. With this proposal, Vincci Hoteles redefines the concept of Thanksgiving, creating an experience that will bring the spirit of gratitude of this date to some of the chain’s restaurants.

On the upcoming November 27, the restaurants NoMad Food&Bar (Vincci Soho 4*, Madrid), Babou (Vincci Gala 4*, Barcelona), Kondutxo (Vincci Consulado de Bilbao 4*, Bilbao), Recoveco (Vincci Selección Unuk 5*, Seville) and Gran Patio La Acequia (Vincci Albayzín 4*, Granada) will celebrate this day with special menus, exclusive cocktails and an original activity designed to express gratitude among friends.

An experience designed to be shared


Under the concept “Friendsgiving by Vincci Hoteles”, each establishment offers a menu in which the dishes —including desserts— are designed to be enjoyed in the centre of the table to share, in a relaxed, festive atmosphere full of flavour.

This is accompanied by a special Friendsgiving cocktail, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, which can be enjoyed as a welcome drink or during the final toast.

In addition, each group that books this menu will find a very special participatory detail: a dynamic of “thankful secret friend”, in which diners, instead of giving gifts as in the traditional secret friend, can write a note dedicated to the friend assigned to them by lottery, to thank them in a different and emotional way.

In the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, the NoMad Food & Bar restaurant at Vincci Soho 4* celebrates Friendsgiving with a menu designed to share conversation, laughter and gratitude around the table.

The experience begins with a toasted corn and potato corn chowder, followed by foie terrine with cranberry gel and walnut bread and pumpkin gnocchi with aged cheddar cider sauce. For the main course, a maple and sage glazed turkey sirloin accompanied by creamy roasted sweet potato.

The sweet touch comes with the pecan pie with bourbon vanilla ice cream, paired with selected wines. Price: €55 per person.

Vincci Gala 4* (Ronda de Sant Pere, 32. Barcelona)


In its restaurant Babou, the hotel Vincci Gala 4* pays tribute to Thanksgiving with an author’s menu that combines seasonal ingredients and reinterpreted tradition.

Among its proposals are the roasted pumpkin cream with stracciatella and carasatu bread, the grilled sweet corn with romesco sauce and Iberian pork jowl or the oven-roasted turkey cannelloni with Idiazábal cheese and black truffle.

For dessert, sweet potato cake with coconut foam and cranberry truffle. Price: €35 per person.

Vincci Consulado de Bilbao 4* (Mazarredo Zumarkalea, 22. Bilbao)


By the riverbank, the restaurant Kondutxo at Vincci Consulado de Bilbao 4* offers a menu that combines elegance, local ingredients and the welcoming atmosphere of its contemporary spaces.

The experience begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by appetisers to share such as the warm pumpkin salad with pomegranate, quince and cashews or the mushroom and foie lasagnetta with roasted sweet potato emulsion.

For the main course, stuffed turkey sirloin with anchovy and caper sauce, and for dessert, homemade pumpkin pie. Price: €42 per person, including wine cellar.

In the heart of Seville, Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL invites you to celebrate Thanksgiving in its restaurant Recoveco, a haven for those who appreciate haute cuisine, renowned for its Andalusian-rooted cooking reinterpreted with a modern twist.

Its special menu for November 27 includes starters such as garlic prawn salad with quail egg, tuna tartare with yuzu vinaigrette and salmon roe and homemade foie with apple and tomato jam. Among the main courses, highlights include the sliced tuna with tomato concassé and EVOO or the beef chateaubriand with fries and padrón peppers.

The sweet finale comes with a tasting of homemade desserts —cheesecake, “grandmother’s cake” and tocino de cielo— designed to share. Price: €59 per person.

In its elegant restaurant Gran Patio La Acequia, Vincci Albayzín 4* offers a proposal that blends seasonal ingredients with the warmth of Granada’s culinary tradition.

The menu begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by roasted autumn vegetables with cauliflower parmentier and truffled gravy sauce, and a stuffed turkey breast with smoked bacon and boletus sauce.

To finish, pumpkin pie and petit fours in a sharing format. Price: €35 per person.
