The impact of "Vincci Suite" continues to make waves: Vincci Hoteles' innovative proposal presented at FITUR 2024, which allowed guests to sleep inside a tourism fair for the first time, receives yet another recognition.

Vincci Hoteles has been awarded the prestigious AEVEA Awards in the Best Trade Show Presence category for its innovative "Hotel Vincci Suite" concept at the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) 2024. This initiative made history by allowing a select group of guests to spend the night in a stand that recreated the iconic façade of Vincci Capitol 4*, offering an unprecedented immersive experience.

The AEVEA Awards, organized annually by Agencias Españolas de Eventos Asociadas (AEVEA), aim to recognize excellence and best practices in event organization in Spain.

The second edition of these awards, held on Wednesday, February 19, honored the most innovative projects of 2024 across 14 categories, highlighting creativity, strategy, and their impact on business and marketing objectives.

The independent jury, composed of professionals from the communication, marketing, and events industries, selected Vincci Hoteles as the winner in the Best Trade Show Presence category, praising the originality and impact of its "Hotel Vincci Suite" proposal.

‘Hotel Vincci Suite’ was made possible thanks to the collaboration between various creative and communication agencies, including Sr. Goldwind, EXPERIENTIA, The Apartment Strategic Communication, and M3 Estrategia, together with the Vincci Hoteles team.

A Unique Experience at FITUR: Vincci Hoteles’ 'Hotel-Stand'

The Vincci Hoteles stand at FITUR 2024 became a truly immersive experience for visitors. Its exterior design realistically recreated the iconic façade of Vincci Capitol 4*, one of the most emblematic buildings on Madrid’s Gran Vía. Inside, visitors could explore a space that simulated a real hotel, featuring rest areas, a dining zone, and spaces designed for meetings and networking.

One of the standout features of "Hotel Vincci Suite" was the unique opportunity to stay in a suite specially designed for the fair. A select group of guests enjoyed a fully equipped stay with the signature quality of Vincci Hoteles.

During their stay, guests were entertained by characters such as the hotel manager, the housekeeper, and the maître d’, played by the team from Yllana Producciones, who added humor and dynamism to the experience.

This recognition at the AEVEA Awards adds to the growing list of accolades that Vincci Hoteles has received for this groundbreaking project, which has already been honored with the 2024 Eficacia Award, the Eventoplus Gold Award at FITUR 2024, a Silver in the Fair category at the BEA World, and a Gold in the Stands category at the FIP Awards.
