When I started at Vincci as an intern, I did so with great enthusiasm. I had no idea where it would take me. I have been lucky to have surrounded myself from the beginning with good colleagues, willing to teach me and help me every step of the way. Added to this, the trust they have placed in me has encouraged me to progress little by little and to always maintain the positive attitude that characterizes me. From Spain to Portugal, passing through Tunisia. These have been just 3 steps on the long path that Vincci Hoteles has allowed me to take. It all started in the reception of a 5* hotel located in Isla Canela (Huelva) where I started my internship and fell in love with the philosophy of Vincci Hoteles. After love at first sight, I could not miss the opportunity that was presented to me to continue my internship in a 4* hotel in Barcelona where I was able to see first-hand the daily work of the different departments, something basic and very necessary to qualify for a management position in any type of company. After these different internship periods, I fulfilled the dream of every student leaving their academic training, a work contract with the company so desired since that summer in Isla Canela.

From Hammamet (Tunisia), where I have been able to develop my operational and public relations skills in a 4* hotel with 443 rooms with an all-inclusive regime, passing through the Gran Vía in Madrid which allowed me to improve my commercial skills in a 4* hotel, to Costa Adeje (Tenerife) where I have had to border on excellence in a 5* Luxury hotel. A place where there is no NO for an answer, and the demands are maximum, have been the foundations of my career beginning towards hotel management.

In the cobbled streets of Seville, I began my journey in the hotel world as a young apprentice at Vincci La Rábida 4*. Here, within the walls full of history and Andalusian hospitality, I discovered my passion for customer service and hotel management.

After Seville, destiny took me to Madrid, where I was involved in exciting opening projects such as Vincci Vía 66 4* and Vincci The Mint 4*. In the heart of the bustling Spanish capital, I learned the intricacies of leading a team and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

With each challenge overcome, my career advanced. The next chapter took me to Marbella, where I assumed the role of assistant manager and contributed to the successful opening of Vincci Larios Diez 4*. Here, surrounded by the history of Malaga and its people, I learned how to fuse luxury with comfort to create an incomparable experience for our guests.

But the road had not yet come to an end. A new horizon opened up in front of me when I received the opportunity to manage the Vincci Ever Eden 4* in Greece. Here I have found a home away from home. As Resident Manager, I am proud to lead a multicultural team and offer our guests a true Mediterranean hospitality experience.

Throughout this journey, Vincci Hotels has not only been my workplace but also my family. It has been an honour to contribute to the growth and excellence of this prestigious company, and I look forward to the challenges and adventures the future may bring as we continue to raise the standards of hospitality.

I have been part of the Vincci Hoteles family for more than five years and I consider it my home. Here I have grown both personally and professionally since I started as an intern at the Reception and currently hold the position of Revenue Manager in the Offices. Central. They bet on me from day one and for that, I feel grateful.
