Because each of these centres is a space designed especially to restore the balance and harmony between body and mind, and is perfect for a get-away, or simply to treat yourself. Beach Club Estrella del Mar (Marbella, Málaga)
Its 2,500 square metres dedicated to relaxation make our Beach Club in Marbella a perfect place to switch off for a few days. During the entire year, the Beach Club of the hotel Estrella del Mar in Marbella, Málaga is a unique place where you can relax in its outdoor facilities and in its Nammu Spa, where we offer the finest beauty treatments and relaxing massages, such as the Biznaga ritual, based on jasmine, a flower that’s traditionally associated with Málaga. The treatment consists of a bath of essential oils which prepare the skin for the refreshing, nourishing cream, while a head and face massage intensifies your relaxation to the maximum. To finish, a jasmine candle massage and a jasmine infusion allow you to gain the benefits of the plant both inside and outside.
Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur 5* (Tenerife)
Located on the Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, with excellent sea-views, its Canary Islands colonial style and tropical gardens make our hotel a very special place. And maximum relaxation can be found in the 2,500 m2 Nammu Spa centre, featuring 16 treatment cabins, three thermal circuits and an outdoor pool with hydromassage and swan-neck showers where you can relax and enjoy the climate of the Canary Islands.
The Nammu Areas Spa at our hotel, the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur in Tenerife also boasts a ‘Canarian’ circuit, which is a world away from conventional treatments, featuring as it does a Canary Islands banana facemask. It takes place in a private, highly relaxing cave setting, and is run by the Spa personnel. It involves contrast showers, saunas and a cold water bath, finishing with the natural Canary Islands facemask, which hydrates and illuminates the skin. The mask is removed with a small massage. The circuit can be combined with the other two offered at the Spa, one outside, the other with exterior views.

If you’re looking for relaxation, the treatment menu of our Nammu Areas Spa is just the ticket for you. Rituals and massages recommended for recovery after snow sports and also to prepare the muscles ahead of another day on the slopes. The treatments are based around the use of cold and snow, using their properties to alleviate tension and re-activate the body, without forgetting those elements that allow for absolute relaxation, such as essential oils, aromatherapy, candles, music, etc.
The après-ski massages are designed for sport and the movements of skiing. The clients have a choice of two types, après-ski massage based above all on preparing for exercise and the stretch après-ski massage which is aimed at recovery after sport, based mainly around stretches using bands.
