The start of summer has arrived to our Vincci Soma 4* in Madrid full of new flavors and pleasant textures that you can try with the new snack bar and room service menus. Mediterranean cooking, balanced and healthy, infused with the most inviting avant-garde flavors that will delight the most demanding palates. You won’t be hungry!
Sharing platters, delicious salads, tempting sandwiches and burgers, homemade recipes and original toasts fill the refurbished snack bar menu, crowned with appealing deserts like waffles with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate or chocolate brownies with passion fruit sorbet.
Located in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid, the Vinnci Soma 4* also offers cheese platters, servings of iberian ham, and grissini in Albequina oil. Wonderful!
Among the toasts you’ll find tasty treats like smoked salmon, cream cheese and Dijon mustard and one made with grilled goat cheese, sweet and sour red peppers and crushed nuts.
A healthy salad of smoked salmon rolls, mixed greens and honey mustard vinaigrette is the perfect preface to one of our more traditional dishes, designed to make you feel at home. Chicken breast with asparagus and grilled tomato is the highlight of the section where you’ll also find a delicious seasonal vegetable soup with parmesan cheese, also perfect for people with gluten intolerance.
If you prefer, you could also opt for one of our sandwiches, baguettes or hamburgers. Of the latter we recommend the complete, that includes cheese, bacon, salad and french fries. A temptation only comparable to the club sandwich with mixed greens, tomato, chicken, cheese, bacon and egg or the Catalan baguette, a delicacy made from iberian ham and pa amb tomaquet.
But if the day has been long or, simply, you prefer the intimacy of your room we’ve also got a long list of culinary suggestions for you, available with our daily room service from 11:00 to 24:00.
To the majority of the dishes that we offer in the snack bar we’ve added some very interesting options like tasty spaghetti bolognese, beans with ham or meatballs with tomato. Meanwhile, the gourmets among you will be pleasantly surprised to find the hake breast with prawns and sauce and the flavorful peppers stuffed with mushrooms. Come and see for yourself!
