Hotel-Vincci-la-Rabida - Sevilla

Art, refreshing rebujito, fried pescaito, live music and one of the finest views over the Seville skyline, with the cathedral right in the centre. At Vincci La Rábida 4* we’re already getting ready to enjoy the Feria de Abril to the maximum. The traditions and customs of the fiesta can all be enjoyed over the coming days in the hotel with the richest bullfighting heritage in the Andalusian capital, which is offering a multitude of activities, along with its traditional caseta fair stall in the hotel’s interior patio.

Seville is getting ready for one of the main events of the year in the city: the Feria de Abril (14 April – 21 April), with the starting gun being fired at midnight on Saturday 14 April with the turning on of the lights of the Alumbrado del Real de los Remedios. For yet another year, Vincci La Rábida 4* will be fully involved in the celebrations, with various activities taking place in the hotel during the fair, so that both guests and the general public alike can enjoy the Feria to the maximum.

Cultural exhibitions and all the atmosphere of the feria at Vincci La Rábida

Our interior Andalusian patio will host our traditional fair stall, where pride of place will be taken by refreshing rebujito (lemonade with manzanilla wine), accompanied with traditional local dishes such as the selection of fried pescaito (fish) and the serranito sandwich with pork loin, peppers, ham and tomato, and where you’ll also find live music to spice things up.

Art lovers can enjoy, in the Los Patios restaurant, works by one of Seville’s master painters, José González. The artist will be exhibiting four of his pieces from 8 to 22 April, in which, as is usual in his career, he transmits his perceptions of the city through a world of pictorial sensations, employing pure classical costumbrismo. There will be other exhibitions to visit too, with works on display from Andrés Nicolau, focused on the world of bullfighting; an exhibition from Miguel Angel de la Torre, the Painter of Carolina, in the Castellar Room, with a large selection of his bullfighting works in charcoal; and the new collection from Jeréz artist Cristobal Donaire Barea, better known as “Balcris”, and his portraits of bullfighters.

Culinary specialities with views over the Cathedral

And to relax a little and enjoy the delightful spring weather in the city, the perfect place is the outdoor terrace at Vincci La Rábida, where you can savour carefully prepared culinary delights while you enjoy unbeatable views of the cathedral.
