In our commitment to innovation we’ve launched a mobile app offering various functions, and with a range of benefits, all just a click away, and with no need to be at a computer.
Now, using your smartphone or tablet you can upgrade your room; add extras, such as flowers on arrival; or book an airport transfer. What’s more, the new Vincci Hoteles app allows you to make a reservation at one of our restaurants or book a spa session or any of the other services offered by the hotel where you’re staying.
Do you want us to bring you breakfast in bed? You can also order room service from your phone or tablet, and you’ll also have access to all the hotel’s information, such as the calendar of activities, restaurant menus, times, events, services, etc.
You can also find out about the tourist attractions and landmarks in the place where you are staying, and the application, among its other functions, will even create personalised tours so you can get to know your destination.
The app has a real time notification system to keep you up to date with what’s happening at the hotel right there and then, and offers exclusive promotions only available to users of the app.
MICE sector
The app has a special section for the MICE sector, a module offered to event organisers who use the chain, which creates a virtual space for each event, which brings together all the information about that event. The attendees can exclusively access that information, from the activities to the profile of the speakers, with just a click. And the attendees will also receive alerts so they don’t miss any of the activities related to the event.
In this section the users can access the calendar of activities; the list of speakers, with their CVs; talks and documents to download; as well as the chance to see other attendees and chat to them. There’s also the option to directly ask the conference speakers questions through the system, send notifications to event attendees, check the menus, etc.
Overall it’s an incredibly useful tool for everything related to organising events held at any of the 39 Vincci Hoteles in Spain, Portugal and Tunisia, and another of the functions of this app that represents another step in the digitalisation and interactivity of the services offered by the Vincci Hoteles chain.
