Vincci Centrum 4* recommends a date with fashion at Bellini Food&Bar

February is fashion month in Madrid, and Bellini Food&Bar, the new gastronomic concept from Vincci Centrum 4*, recommends you experience it right in the heart of the Spanish capital. During MBFWM (16-21 February) we’ll have live coverage direct from the catwalk, which you can enjoy with a cocktail created especially for the occasion, in the colour that’s all the rage in 2017, as selected by Pantone: “Greenery”. Tempted?

Every February the latest fashion trends are to be found to the Spanish capital, thanks to the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid (MBFWM), a show that’s become a fixture on the national and international fashion calendar, taking place from 16 to 21 February at Ifema, as has now become the norm.

For those who want to enjoy this festival of fashion without having to go all the way out to the Feria de Madrid, while enjoying a laid-back atmosphere among friends, why not head to Bellini Food&Bar. The new gastronomic concept from Vincci Centrum 4* (Calle de Cedaceros 4, Madrid) invites you to enjoy the big catwalk moments with them – they’ll have live coverage from the show so you won’t miss any of the autumn/winter 2017/2018 trends the hottest designers have for us: Ana Locking, Teresa Helbig, Francis Montesinos, Angel Schlesser… You can enjoy the experience from 16 to 21 February.

To accompany the show, we’ve created a special cocktail for the occasion, inspired by one of the hues that’s likely to be on the catwalk this year, Pantone’s colour of the year: Greenery. Our cocktail “Quieres verde, pues toma verde” (You want green, well here’s green) has vodka, Melon Midori Liqueur and pineapple juice. In its alcohol free version, called “Detox Greenery”, contains fresh spinach, fresh pineapple, kiwi and Agave syrup.

Bellini Food&Bar, a different gastronomic space

What’s more, Bellini Food&Music offers an original cocktail menu, exclusively designed for the establishment and an extensive range of spirits, with more than 200 leading brands. For those who prefer wine, Bellini Food&Bar has its own dedicated wine cellar, with more than 60 labels.

The food is by chef Carolina Damm, who has worked previously with leading culinary names, including Sergi Arola and El Celler de Can Roca. Our menu offers seasonal produce and is inspired by traditional recipes, audaciously interpreted. We’d recommend our cabrales cheese croquettes with glazed apple, ox-tail cannelloni or Moroccan lamb meatballs with caramelised foie. A pleasure for all the senses!

All in a space with the finest music, exquisitely decorated by Beatriz Silveira, who was inspired by the glamour of the 50s and the use of the natural elements found in Scandinavian design. White and neutral tones fill the walls, floors and ceiling of the hotel’s lounge and common areas giving an increased sense of space to the different areas.
