At last the heat has arrived, summer is here and, best of all: our Vincci Bit 4* in Barcelona is launching a new menu!
Delicious fresh dishes adapted to this new season and made with ingredients of the highest quality. If you come to eat in our Hopen Restaurant you can choose a table on the outdoor terrace and try any of our salads, the best thing to combat the heat: Cesar Salad, the special Vincci Salad or the green salad with breaded cheese and mango vinaigrette delicacies
To continue, we suggest you ask for the noodles wok, seafood paella or the beef or salmon carpaccio. And don’t forget to try the dorada supreme, marinated beef sirloin or our delicious hamburgers.
To finish, for dessert, we give the choice between the chocolate delicacy with vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, tiramisu, red fruit soup with bulgarian yogurt ice cream, fruit salad with Bailey’s ice cream and a selection of ice creams.
If on the other hand, you prefer to eat tapas, we’ve got on the menu for you a varied selection like patatas bravas with ali-oli, different croquetas, nachos with guacamole, andalusian gazpacho and coconut bread with tomato, along with other dishes.
And if you get hungry while sunbathing at the pool on our rooftop, why not try eating at its bar? You’ll find anything you might feel like: salads, sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, fruit and ice cream.
