Priding itself on its avant-garde spirit, Vincci Soho has added the entire menu of its restaurant Prado 18 tapas&lounge to its room service offerings. The innovative initiative is yet another confirmation of Vincci Hotels’ firm objective: to offer the utmost in quality and comfort to its guests.
Imagine returning to your hotel after an intense weekday… Now, it’s no longer necessary to leave your room to enjoy a light, and, at the same time, exquisite, dinner. The same holds true in the event that you want to simply enjoy a private evening in your room, without having to worry about making reservations or getting to the restaurant in order to dine in good company and with culinary offerings that meet the expectations of even the most exacting palette
And, coinciding with this new offering, the Restaurant Prado 18 tapas&lounge has updated its gourmet tapas menu with tempting creations that will leave you anything but indifferent.
Vegetarian pizza, Biscayan cod tosta, or spiced pork tenderloin kebabs are just some of the additions to the hot tapas selection, which also includes classics like scallops au gratin and Iberian meatloaf with foie gras and brie pralines.
There are also new additions to the cold tapas menu. You can now enjoy a mini Kumato salad with arugula and Parmesan cheese, hake ceviche with fried bananas, or pickled mackerel tosta with sun-dried tomato cream.
The dessert selection on the Prado 18 menu also features some new temptations, with sweet and irresistible additions like rice pudding croquettes or cardamom and cream cheese chocolates.
Choosing from among these delicious offerings is easier said than done. For this reason, the restaurant Prado 18 has created a sampler menu, made up of five tapas, including a foie gras medallion with gold salt, and octopus with potato garlic cream, and two desserts.
