With smiles and good humour as their watchwords, the chefs of the Vincci Posada del Patio 5* in Malaga have made this video for the Infant Cancer Volunteers Association (Asociación de Voluntarios de Oncología Infantil, AVOI) and Children’s World (Mundo Infantil) with the aim being to ensure there is a smile on every face, no matter how difficult that can be at times.
This Christmas, the roster of chefs have put their ovens to one side, to become the first ever cheerleaders in the history of Spanish cuisine, to encourage and support the members of these associations, with whom they’ve collaborated on a number of occasions this year. The most recent was the charity dinner ‘A Patio for Children’ with all the money raised going to the two associations.
