Organising an event tends not to be an easy task, requiring as it does the coordination of numerous factors, some of which are often out of our control. Whether it’s a business meeting, a get-together with friends, a family gathering or a gala dinner; the main goal is to create an unforgettable event, in a unique location. And that’s precisely what lies behind our events service: the exclusivity of holding an event in a singular venue, far removed from standard, conventional meeting venues.

There’s a multitude of different types of rooms to choose from for business meetings or corporate presentations, and you can also organise drinks by an Arabic Wall, an exclusive party by the sea, a gala dinner on a rooftop terrace, in the heart of Seville with views over the floodlit Cathedral or in the heart of Madrid’s Gran Vía on a terrace with a food truck taking pride of place: the only limitation is your imagination.

These venues offer the finest, most carefully prepared, food and drink, prepared and served by an incredible team of professionals, who offer the most representative cuisine of each region, all with a signature touch. Whether it’s for an event such as a wedding, a working lunch or dinner, or evening drinks, we offer the finest catering tailored to the desires of the client, ensuring varied menus and incredible service, using first-class local produce, typical of the region.

For events taking place in the morning, all our breakfasts and coffee breaks offer home-made produce including both hot and cold items, such as coffees, teas, natural juices, various types of milk, a range of breads, jams and marmalades, cakes, cured meats, fruit, Spanish omelettes, etc. Some of our properties also offer culturally adapted menus and products designed for different dietary requirements, as well as breakfasts for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs and diabetics. All in all, an extensive selection of items to get the day off to a flying start.

What’s more, we have a Zero Kilometre Breakfasts” corner in most of our properties. Here local gastronomy takes pride of place, showcasing foods characteristic of the region, with products from the area and artisanal items made with local ingredient. You’ll find fruit, vegetables, cheeses, honey, oils, and more, all of which are traditional to the place where the hotel is located, thus enhancing, through your taste buds, your experience of the place, as you discover the unique characteristics of each corner of Spain. The “Zero Kilometre Breakfasts” are another facet of the local experience on offer at each of the chain’s hotels, and the very essence of Vincci Hoteles.

We remain fully focused on our commitment to innovation and the adoption of new technology in our business in order to continue providing the highest quality service to our clients. We offer a mobile application (app) which allows a range of tasks to be easily carried out no matter where you are, using your mobile telephone or tablet. The app also offers hotel guests, in an easy to use manner, various services and multiple benefits. A simple way to save time and organise yourself without needing to be at a computer or having to make a call.

The app has a special section for the MICE sector, which offers event organisers who are clients of the hotel chain the possibility of creating a virtual space for each event which gathers together all the information about that event. The attendees at the event can exclusively access all the information about the event, including the profile of the speakers, with just a single click. What’s more, all the attendees will receive alerts to ensure they don’t miss out on any activities related to the event.

In this dedicated section the users will have access to the calendar of activities, list of speakers, details of the CVs, downloads of chats and documentation, access to the list of sponsoring entities, the possibility of seeing the other attendees and interacting with them, while there’s also the option of asking questions directly to the conference presenters and attendees through the system, sending messages only to the event attendees, etc.

Overall, it’s an incredibly useful tool for everything related to the organisation of any event being held at any of our properties in Spain or Portugal, with the app representing another step forward in the digitalisation and interactivity of the services out hotel chain offers.
