Exclusive, innovative, suggestive… This is what the new tapas bar is like that Vincci Hotels just inaugurated in the very heart of Seville. La Rábida tapas&bar has opened its doors as the hotel Vincci La Rábida 4*’s third gastronomic reference point.
Conceived of as a perfect complement to the delicious offerings of the restaurants Los Patios and El Mirador, it is our way of committing to a surprising, delicious, and apt formula for every budget: that of exciting tapas.
We very much wanted to enrich the already varied offerings that Seville boasts in the tapas domain. Neighborhoods like Arenal are well known for their restaurants that feature famous Sevillan tapas, and it is in this neighborhood where the new La Rábida tapas&bar opens its doors with the strong desire to offer an alternative that mixes traditional flavors with a spark of innovation and originality.
Borne out by experience and the success that our other tapas restaurants, like the Prado 18 tapas&lounge at the hotel Vincci Soho 4* in Madrid, have had, we want to captivate even the most-refined of palettes. To do so, La Rábida tapas&bar has available a menu from which, to begin with, we can choose from among classics like tostas — appetizing at any hour — and ham and egg casseroles, or golden cod.
Also, under the title, “Our delicacies”, we find the most revolutionary and creative of flavors, with offerings that range from Porcini croquettes with foie gras mayonnaise, or Piquillo peppers stuffed with bull’s tail, to Black risotto with cuttlefish and garlic apple mayonnaise, and let’s not forget the Warm octopus over potato foam and pepper oil, the Tuna tataki with soy sauce, or the irresistible Iberian fillet with onion and provolone au gratin.
And, as La Rábida tapas&bar boasts surprises from start to finish, an extraordinary dessert menu could not be lacking: Caramel tocino de cielo, Apple foam with Pedro Jiménez gel, Warm chocolate ganache over orange cream, Warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream… You won’t be able to resist the temptation!
To top it all off, there is an ample selection of liquors and cocktails, where we find tropical flavors like the “Caipirinha” and “Mojito,” as well as the classic and elegant “Manhattan”, “Dry Martini” and “Bloody Mary”.
