It’s launch time: we’ve opened a new hotel in Tunisia, the Vincci Safira Palms 4*

The Vincci Hoteles family keeps growing. This time, with a new hotel in Tunisia, the Vincci Safira Palms 4*, located in Zarzis, in the southeast of the country, a hotel notable for its beautiful décor which offers the guests utter comfort every time they visit.

The hotel has 300 rooms, six of which are suites, with all of them boasting the amenities that are the hallmark of our chain. Among the facilities, guests will find three swimming pools, one an indoor heated pool, and a SPA centre with the latest equipment including a Hammam, sauna and pool, as well as a zone for body and facial treatments, and a hairdressing salon.

What’s more, it has direct access to the beach access, where the guests can enjoy sun umbrellas, free sun loungers and beach towels.

The culinary offering at Vincci Safira Palms 4* includes various options to enjoy the regional gastronomy, as well as European cuisine, in the hotel’s four restaurants (the principal restaurant has a covered terrace and there is also a thematic restaurant, one on the beach and an à la carte restaurant) and the various bars offering varied atmospheres for the different moments of the day, whether it’s on the beach or in a more elegant setting.

The new hotel has a range of activities, some of which are free, to ensure there’s never a dull moment for guests. These include mini-golf, beach volleyball, water sports such as windsurfing, catamarans and water skiing. And if all that wasn’t enough, the hotel has a shopping area with a number of stores. This is, without doubt, one of the finest options to relax and enjoy the Tunisian sun, all with the guarantee Vincci Hoteles brings.

Zarzis itself is a wonderfully charming city, thanks to its mix of ancient and traditional, having been an important sea port since the time of the Phoenicians and the Romans. Known as the twin city of Djerba, it is perfectly placed to enjoy the white-sand beaches and turquoise sea, while also being able to explore the desert, with the famous underground houses of Matmata, and the unique ‘ksour’, castles right in the desert, where the nomads would safely store their harvests.
