It was back on 23 June… when San Juan filled the Beach Club Estrella del Mar with magic. A fiesta of fire, mystery, surprises and, of course, people making wishes.
And now is the time to admit it, the wish our Beach Club wrote on the paper it threw into the fire was: ‘Let this summer be full of events that make sure our guests have unforgettable holidays”. And it appears that San Juan made our wish come true.

Dancing, cocktails, live music, massages… we’ve had it all! Over these holidays a multitude of events have been held in this exclusive Marbella spot.
We’ve danced every type of dance, from flamenco in typical dresses to the sound of the Spanish guitar, to songs from the 70s and 80s in ‘Disco Night Fever’, and nights of Latin rhythms. Every Wednesday has been ‘Cuban Wednesday’, with salsa classes and a mojito ‘workshop’. And if you still haven’t been you still have time, because the party is still going.

We’ve also been across the pond at the Beach Club, or rather Las Vegas has come over to Marbella. The ‘Casino Night Las Vegas Party’ was one of the summer’s biggest successes. Card tables, cocktails, DJ session, meat and fish on the barbecue and gifts for many of the guests made both nights unforgettable.

We also wanted to give our guests the latest in fashion this summer. Every Tuesday and Thursday at midday, our Beach Bar Fashion Experience saw a parade of models showing off the latest from various designers. Caritina Goyanes was delighted to see her children Mini Cari and Pedrito wearing the stylish bathing gear of 98 Coast Av., as she wrote on her Telva blog [link in Spanish] and shared on Facebook [in Spanish]. She was so delighted with the Beach Club that a couple of days later she wrote another post, describing a day at the Beach [in Spanish]. Thanks Caritina, we hope to see you soon!

At the weekend, when the full moon was shining in the Marbella sky, at the Beach Club we celebrated with the ‘Full Moon Party’. Under the silver light, we bathed in the spectacular Infinity Pool, whose horizon meets that of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed live music, spectacular meat and fish dishes, and drank exotic mojitos. Dream moments from the time the sun set and the moon came up…

But relaxation has also had its place in the events held at the Beach Club Estrella del Mar. The first ‘Oriental Dinner&Wellness Party’ was such a success we had to repeat it. Our massage therapists gave a demonstration of Thai massage and the guests enjoyed both a barbecue and an hour in a thermal circuit.
BEFREE Marbella Gay Festival held the first edition of the Befree Pool Party at the Beach Club Estrella del Mar, and the party was a complete success. Hundreds of guests enjoyed saxophonists, percussionists and DJs along with sun, beach, pool and jet skis at our ‘Pool Party’.

But our most legendary event is the Chill&Grill Party, where you can enjoy live music, cocktails, shishas, show cooking and the finest cuisine in the best chill out atmosphere. This Friday, 5 September, we’re doing it again! Are you going to miss it?
