We´re not going to lie to you:  while writing this post our mouths are watering.  Why?  The new fusion menu just launched by our Vincci Soho 4*, one of our five Madrid establishments.  Tradition and modernity go hand in hand in its 25 new recipes, among them you´ll find delicious starters, tasty tapas, exquisite meat and fish dishes, original mini hamburgers and sweet desserts.  Want to know which ones?  Keep reading…

Scallop gratin, foie gras medallion with spiced cake, red tuna taco and duck confit are just some of the tempting options that are now available in the Hyragana restaurant and the Prado 18 terrace, an oasis decorated with red fabrics that offers an intimate setting for diners.  Umbrellas, palm trees and comfortable sofas and chairs are mixed together in a unique space located in the well known Madrid triangle of art.

What better way to welcome the summer than with one of the starters we´ve thought of for you.  You can choose from, among other things, gazpacho with steamed pink shrimp, leaf salad, and Iberian ham accompanied with bread and tomato. Irresistible!

Although if you prefer something more filling, then you certainly won´t be disappointed by the wild boar meatballs with foie and brie cheese; gorgonzola roll with rucola and ham in pasta bricks with port; or Galician style octopus with mashed potatoes and garlic.  All of them are recipes up to the standards of the most demanding palates.

When it comes time to order the main dish are you never sure whether to choose meat or fish?  Don´t worry, with our new menu you´ll make the right choice with whatever you choose.  Savour the taste of sea bass fillet served wrapped in vegetables and broth or rediscover beef with the spectacular beef sirloin taco with polenta and green pepper sauce.

Lovers of American flavors are also in luck because we´ve come up with a series of mini hamburgers that you´ll soon be able to pair with the best gin and tonics.

Enjoy an explosion of flavors without giving up healthy ingredients with a Tribeca hamburger, made from venison marinated in wine, wrapped in bacon and blackberry jam; a Prado, which combines Iberian ham with apples, nuts and white truffle cream; or a Manhattan, that includes beef, cheddar cheese, chopped red onion and mustard and honey sauce.  You´ll want to come back for more!

And to finish off a perfect meal you can´t leave without a good dessert, there they´ve got ours: chocolate coulant with a touch of blue cheese, hot apple pie with vanilla cream and a mini cheese plate in sweet wine reduction sauce are just three of the things we´ve got prepared to put the finishing touch on your meal.
