During summer, with the heat, there’s nothing better than having fresh dishes to help us fight the high temperatures.
So, today we’re bringing you a very original recipe: a delicious strawberry gazpacho that our Vincci Posada del Patio 5* in MÃ¡laga recently prepared for its culinary conference. If you didn’t get a chance to try it and would like to make it at home, take note of what comes below.
- 1 Garlic clove
- 50 Â gr. of cucumber
- 50 gr of pepper
- 50 gr of water
- 150 gr of strawberries
Blend all the ingredients. Â Put the mixture the refrigerator and when the gazpacho is cold, serve it. It’s ready to eat!
