In line with this philosophy and before the imminent coming of winter, our Soma Restaurant in Madrid, located in our Vincci Soma 4* hotel, has changed the variety of its dishes, adding many new ones to those that were already there. Stop by to eat or have dinner and enjoy, for example, our special winter selections, only available during Autumn and Winter: marmitako, miso soup (made with spinach, bok choy, shitake and rice noodles) and foie gras escalope.
We’ve also increased the variety of our menu for the entire year. This way you can begin your meal with a warm artichoke salad, with buffalo mozzarella strudel and bresaola or feta cheese and eggplant rolls.
Continue on with any of the three new fish dishes we’ve got: tuna taco, cod cooked at a low temperature, or sea bass fillet. If you prefer meat, we suggest the delicious range chicken breast confit in citric oil.
But if your thing is having tapas, you’ll love our squid with onions, cod cooked in oil, and croquettes, these last being like those our mothers and grandmothers made all their lives.
Accompany your dishes with a good wine (no shortage of options on our menu of more than 60 references) and finish with one of our sweet desserts, like the tiramisu or the mini chocolate fondant.
