The Vincci Selección Buenavista Golf & Spa 5 L Hotel has been given the Q Brand of Quality, an accolade awarded by the Spanish Institute for Touristic Quality (ICTE) recognizing the compliance with the demanding quality standards related to customer services, facilities and business management. The Q Brand of Quality objective is the appreciation of Spain as a premium tourist destination, as well as empowering tourism-oriented companies with management systems in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

This has been the second Vincci Hotel in Tenerife to receive this award, and the company continues to work towards a total quality approach, with other concepts such as sustainability being incorporated into day-to-day procedures. Obtaining this award is but the final and most notorious step in the process of implementing the quality system known as “Spanish Tourism Quality System”.
