Vincci Recipes: Strawberry Gazpacho

During summer, with the heat, there’s nothing better than having fresh dishes to help us fight the high temperatures.

So, today we’re bringing you a very original recipe: a delicious strawberry gazpacho that our Vincci Posada del Patio 5* in Málaga recently prepared for its culinary conference. If you didn’t get a chance to try it and would like to make it at home, take note of what comes below.

INGREDIENTS STRAWBERRY GAZPACHO

– 1 Garlic clove
– 50  gr. of cucumber
– 50 gr of pepper
– 50 gr of water
– 150 gr of strawberries
– Oil
– Salt
– Vinegar

PREPARATION STRAWBERRY GAZPACHO

Blend all the ingredients.  Put the mixture the refrigerator and when the gazpacho is cold, serve it. It’s ready to eat!
