Just as spring arrives, the new Vincci Gala 4* Barcelona hotel opens its doors in downtown Barcelona – just a few paces away of Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia.
The neoclassical building, dating from 1900, has been revamped utilizing innovative building techniques. In order to become a vanguardist hotel. Its design has preserved all the valuable classic elements, like the central staircase and the main front. The decoration includes several nods to the mythical Catalonian artist, Salvador Dalí and his imagery. The hotel is even named after Dalí’s muse, Gala. The name was chosen by Vincci’s fan community, after running a contest, called “no name, no game”, through our Social Media channels in order to name our latest hotel. The winner has every right to feel proud about naming a new hotel!
Vincci Gala 4* is a welcoming hotel, where you can find every service you would desire for backed up by cutting edge technology. There is a comfortable lounge bar with a lovely terrace where you can chill out and enjoy a tasty cocktail before having dinner at the restaurant. And you have several meeting and congress rooms at your disposal if you have business appointments to attend.
The hotel’s 78 rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all of them include a safe, complete bathroom, TV, climate control, free WIFI, a pillow selection, minibar and a welcome pack. Vincci has invested €15 million on revamping of the hotel, creating 30 new jobs.
