The freshest moment of week comes to Bellini Food&Bar at Vincci Centrum, with the funkiest DJs, the most exciting cocktails and the coolest atmosphere, all of which characterises the “Vincci Fresh Sessions”. They’ll be held every Friday, starting 3 March, at Calle Cedaceros 4, to start the weekend in the most refreshing way possible.
The “Vincci Fresh Sessions” are coming to Bellini Food&Bar, the gastronomic concept from Vincci Centrum (C/Cedaceros 4), every Friday, starting 3 March, to bring the week’s freshest moment to this part of Madrid. A fun, refreshing atmosphere, which gets going at 20:00 in the evening, allowing you to disconnect from the stress of the week and start the weekend with the best music, cocktails and food.
The freshest DJs will be in charge of the music, alternating with live performances. The guests will be able to choose from the huge variety of drinks that make up the cocktail menu, including the Vincci Bellini Cocktail, made with herb vodka, cream of peach, aperol, peach and cava. As an accompaniment, you can choose from the wide variety of gastronomic options on the Bellini Food&Bar menu, offering seasonal produce, inspired by traditional recipes and re-worked audaciously by chef Carolina Damm, who has previously worked with leading names from the culinary world such as Sergi Arola and El Cellar de Can Roca.
All with the finest music, and in a space exquisitely decorated by Beatriz Silveira, inspired by the glamour of the 50s, using the natural elements found in Scandinavian design. White and neutral tones dominate the walls, floors and ceiling of the hotel lounge and the public spaces, giving a greater sensation of space. The fine materials, such as Aristea marble, denote luxury and sophistication, while the use of natural oak contrasts perfectly with the brass, giving a warm character to this four star hotel.
The “Vincci Fresh Sessions” are the newest, freshest way to enjoy Friday evening slipping into Friday night, and will be held at different hotels in the Vincci Hoteles chain in Spain and Portugal. In Madrid you can find them at Bellini Food&Bar at Vincci Centrum and at Vincci The Mint (Gran Vía 10).
