To celebrate Madrid’s culinary fair, our chefs in the Spanish capital are going to create a special dish (only available from 23 to 30 January), using the ingredients you choose. Head to our Instagram page and ‘like’ your three favourites. The #VincciMadridFusion game is underway!

Travelling is so much more than just seeing things; it’s exploring each and every one of our senses. And not just when exploring the streets in your destination, the experience starts in the very hotel where you’re staying: sight, when you see a piece of décor that delights you; smell, when a fragrance is stored in your pituitary gland; or taste, the focus of this event. 

To celebrate Madrid Fusion 2017, the leading gastronomic event in the Spanish capital, Vincci Hotels has decided to do something special, giving you and your taste buds an important mission. We’re going to create our very own #VincciMadridFusión dish, and you get to choose the ingredients!

How to get involved?

Go to our Instagram page and ‘like’ three of the items from the larder that appear on our wall. Tomato, sesame, oregano, prawns, purple potatoes or coriander? The three ingredients that receive the most ‘likes’ will go into the dish created by our chefs.

You can vote up to 15:00 (CET) on Wednesday 18 January. Later on that day we’ll announce the winning ingredients, which will definitely be included in the recipe our chefs come up with for the #VincciMadridFusión dish. Manuel Vega Cepas (Vincci The Mint 4*), César Gigante Ruiz (Vincci Soho 4*) and Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Carballo (Vincci Soma 4*) will be in charge of coming up with the recipe that contains a slice of all of our followers. What will they surprise us with?

We’ll sample it the next day; on Thursday 19 January at 11:00 (CET) we’ll do a live broadcast of our chefs cooking the dish that you’ll then be able to try (whether staying with us or not) at any of the restaurants at the Vincci Hotels in Madrid (except for Vincci Centrum 4*). 

What’s more, if you come and try the #VincciMadridFusión dish, and post a photo of you savouring it on Instagram or Twitter, you’ll enter a prize draw to win a weekend for two with Vincci Hotels.
