Today is ‘our’ day: a day dedicated to restless travellers, to independent free spirits, to romantics escaping together and families who delight in each other’s company, to world travellers who dream of being photographers, to passionate adventurers and to hipsters who want to experience it all.
Today, dear traveller, is your day, our day. Today, 27 September is World Tourism day, celebrating tourism for all.
Because this year, the day is devoted to promoting accessible tourism. Because whether we have a disability or injury, suffer from an allergy or intolerance, whether we’re travelling with children, or we’re getting older, we all have the right to enjoy this passion we call travel.
For that reason, and because we love those little details that make a simple trip a real experience, we’ve placed a surprise in many of the rooms at our Vincci hotels.

A surprise in Vincci’s rooms for World Tourism Day
If you’re staying in a Vincci hotel, it’s possible you’ve found a card like this one on your pillow, on the bedside table, or anywhere that’s easy to spot in the room. If you haven’t found it, don’t worry, you can still take part.
Our team will have placed it there (yes, for you) because we want to invite you to take part in Vincci Hoteles’ World Tourism Day draw, with the chance to win a weekend away.
It’s easy. Tell us on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram what your next Vincci destination will be, following these steps:
a) Mention us
b) Use the hashtag #DiadelTurismo
c) Tell us the hotel and the city where you want to enjoy your next weekend trip FOR FREE. (For example, in Twitter it would be something like this: My next @vincci_hoteles destination will be Vincci La Rábida 4* Sevilla #DiadelTurismo.)
You’ll then be entered into a draw with all the other participants, with the winner receiving the prize of a weekend in any of our nearly 40 hotels, except for Vincci Selección Aleysa BoutiqueSpa 5* Málaga; Vincci Zaragoza Zentro 4*; Vincci Valdecañas Golf 4*; Vincci Selección Envía Almería Wellness & Golf 5* Almería; and Vincci Ciudad de Salamanca 4* Salamanca.
