The winter offer at the Beach Club from Vincci Hoteles starts first thing, with Early Birds, a balanced, healthy way to start the day, with a fitness class, yoga or pilates session and a healthy breakfast, from 8.30 through to 11.30.
The gym
During the rest of the day you can continue working off the summer’s excesses in the 100 square metre gym, with sea views, which has 20 Technogym machines, and the possibility of working out with a personal trainer. There are also classes adapted to the clients’ needs, such Step, GAP, TRX, Crossover and Aquapilates.
The restaurant
To get your strength back, the new EATOX menu, an evolution from DETOX, offers a range of dishes, with fresh produce to get your energy levels up and help keep you in shape, all with amazing flavour. Just some examples: a quinoa salad with avocado, pepper vinaigrette, seeds and alfalfa shoots; a beef wrap with seasonal vegetables and yoghurt sauce or a chicken breast hamburger with Asian-style wok vegetables and soya mayonnaise. The menu has vegetarian specials and gluten-free dishes for those with dietary requirements. And to top it all off with something sweet, there’s a selection of desserts like the glacier experience: raspberry, passion fruit, apple and mandarin or the cheesecake with red fruits and strawberry ice cream.
The Spa at the Marbella Beach Club
The 2,500 square metre Nammu Area Spa allows you to enjoy sensations of perfect well-being in its incredible facilities: peeling shower, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy pool with integrated effects, cold water pool and heated pool, as well as the best beauty treatments and relaxing massages, and a wide range of activities.
